The Wine and Music Festival presented by the Loudoun Wineries Association is free to everyone but tasting requires purchase of the wine glass..

Wine and Music Festival
The Post-Race Wine and Music Festival is a must-do event. Local wineries will display and offer some of their best wines. Participants will be entertained by a local band.
"Billy Thompson & Friends" will be performing from 9:00am to 12:00pm at the Wine and Music Festival. Billy Thompson & Friends is an all-star blues quartet consisting of Billy Thompson (world-class slide guitarist & blues icon), Stompin' Jay Summerour (WAMMIE Lifetime Achievement Award Winner) on harmonica & vocals, Gene Monroe (nationally touring artist) on bass & vocals and Eric Selby (inducted into the Blues Hall of Fame) on drums.
Runners and guests must purchase the commemorative wine glass to wine taste at the Post-Race Wine and Music Festival. Entry into the Wine and Music Festival is free. (Kids can enter for free but cannot participate in the tasting)
The wine glass is $25 for runners and $30 for spectators: Each wine glass is valid for ONE free tasting at each participating winery. Anyone participating in the wine tasting must be 21+
There will be wineries from the region pouring, plus food and a popular live band all in a beautiful outdoor setting at Doukenie Winery. This event is open to guests so bring your friends and family to celebrate with you. Quantities are limited, please plan ahead and purchase early.
To take part in the wine tasting, runners must pre-purchase a wine glass during registration or through Race Extras. Up to 3 additional wine glasses may be purchased for guests. Wine Glasses will be picked up at the "Wine Glass" tent at the end of the race. Please be prepared to show photo ID when picking up your glass.
